The Season is now wrapped up with the final night of the Howie League played out on the 31st March. Another League and another top of the table finish for Andy Muir. After lifting the Cuthbertson League with Davie Mundell he completed the double in his first campaign as top dog, Andy along with Hugh Reid, Billy Jackson and Jimmy Hamilton wrapped up the league with a night to spare. Congratulations to the undefeated foursome as they only dropped a point in the entire league campaign.

In a frantic final night the other two promotion places would be secured by Willie Smith and Rabbie Wilson, with Alex Wilson slipping out the top three. At the other end of the table it was also all to play for with 5 teams in the mix for relegation at the start of play. Dougie Reid, Wallace Gilbert and Jim Kirkwood starting the evening in the bottom 3 and unfortunately for them they would remain there with only Wallace picking up a point on the final night.
